All of our available rentals can be viewed here on www.ppmky.com – if you don’t see it here, it’s probably a fake rental listing! We always instruct applicants to provide a security deposit via money order directly to our office at 12906 Shelbyville Road. WE WILL NEVER ASK YOU TO WIRE MONEY! Due to the pandemic, we may collect in person in some cases – please double check our staff photos on the website to make sure you’re not giving money to someone who does not actually work for PPM.
